Validate Yourself

Learning to have patience with yourself, understanding how to validate your own emotions, and developing the ability to sit in your own vulnerability is a complicated task. Many times we look outward for assurance, acceptance, and understanding and leave disappointed, because we are looking for something from someone that does not have anything in the way of healing to give.
